About the Poem

I occasionally write two versions of a rude poem, one for adults and a second, milder version for children. This a rare occasion when the version for children, The Christmas Fairy, turned out to be ruder than the one for adults.

Tickled Pink

I sit atop your Christmas tree,
All clad in pink, a real fairy.
The reason I appear to smirk,
The sprig of spruce stuck up my skirt.
